DelphiIDE fails to locate package on library path
QC#: 23225 Version: 10.0 Status: New defect, requires tester review Description: if B.bpl requires A.bpl and both packages are in a directory on the lDE library path, but not the system path, then demand loading of B.bpl will fail, because the IDE fails to locate A.bpl.
