In this section I want to demonstrate the following.
Open an Oracle database using Oracle Objects over SQL/NET.
Open an Oracle database using an Oracle ODBC driver.
Open a MS Access database.
Select, Insert, Update and Delete values within these database connections.
Close each type of connection.
