The FreeBSD Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is dedicated to supporting the FreeBSD Project. Some of the activities we support are funding projects to further development of the FreeBSD Operating System, sponsor conferences and developers to travel to conferences, and legally represent the Project.
