Nothing is more frustrating than seeing the functionality you need embedded in one of Microsoft's applications, but not having a reusable component to give you access to the code they already wrote. This happened in the past with the 'cool bars' in Microsoft Office and now with the Thumbnails view in Windows Explorer (View->Thumbnails menu option).
