Checklist for System-Integration Test Exit Review
Items marked with an asterisk (*) are particularly important in making this decision.
1. All the software that was to be developed is complete.(*)
2. The inter-component interfaces are completely verified. If any interface remains unverified, plan to verify it at an early stage of integration/system/acceptance test.
3. All the planned test cases have been executed.
4. The number of remaining defects is within the predetermined criteria as specified in the Test plan.
6. A draft of the operations manual is complete.(*)
7. A detailed plan for integration/ system tests and the test environment have been prepared.
8. Most of the necessary test data and databases are available.(*)
9. A regression test environment has been prepared. (*)
10. A Integration/system/acceptance test plan and a deployment plan have been developed.
Agreement has been reached with the client's end-user departments (or client sponsor) concerning the system environment, organization, roles, authority, and responsibilities of the test team and the participants (client's end-user departments and client sponsor). (*)
